C.O.D. was the alias of musician, Raul Rodriguez. C.O.D. started his music and DJ career in the 1970s-1980s specifically working in New York nightclubs and the disco scene. His first hit was released in 1983 with the single titled "In the Bottle" which was released in the US by Emergency Records and in the UK by Streetwave.
